About
'Some of my earliest memories are being involved in church. As a child I followed my mother to choir practice, sat in on Sunday School teacher meeting and sat with my father in the sound booth. I remember when I was finally old enough to join the youth group. Most of the other teenagers were shocked, not because I looked so young but because I had already been do all the youth events since my parents were youth leaders. But that is my heritage and my culture, as a teen I had to make the decision that it would become my relationship and journey with God.
Now I am a minister's wife, homeschool mom, daughter and granddaughter, Indiana Bible School Graduate, musician, singer, Sunday School teacher..... but most importantly a child of God.
When I decided to start designing, I wanted to focus on scripture. I was trying to decide on a name. Every time I would meditate on it, a song would pop in my head. "For your glory I will do anything. Just to see You. To behold you as my King." I knew I wanted everything to point to God and bring Him Glory. I wanted to create a place for His Glory to not just dwell but shine.
Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. - Proverbs 3:5-6 KJV
Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God. - 1 Corinthians 10:31 KJV
But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. - Matthew 6:33 KJV
